About a wealthy Amsterdam diamond merchant who, after a stormy romance, marries the spitting image of a former lover who died at his hands. The budding marital bliss is soon overshadowed by the morbid jealousy of the traumatized diamond merchant, who sees a potential rival in every man.
In order to heal himself and save his relationship, he desperately asks an attractive golfer to seduce his young wife for a fee. However, when he finds the pair in each other’s arms, he realizes he has made a big mistake. Then the woman makes a discovery that sheds a different light on the diamond merchant’s past.
